Men’s Yoga for Beginners
No experience? No problem. This class is designed for beginners who are curious about how yoga can enhance their flexibility and improve their strength. Due to the popularity of this course and the fact we like to keep these as smaller group sizes, we recommend booking ahead to guarantee your space or going on our waitlist

Monthly Men-ditation™
Your chance to escape those stresses and pressures of daily life with in person and our NEW online sessions. This is your opportunity to experience and develop different meditation and breathwork practices to feel more positive. You'll also be invited to join our Men-ditation™ community with a monthly meet- up and social events just for men.

International Men’s Day
The secrets of “How to Be A Happy (Hu)Man” - because let’s face it, sometimes we could all use a little help in that department. Hosted at Bayley's Of Bromsgrove, it's part self-help, part bonding and 100% wellness, as Dave James shares five pillars to help you be happier. Plus, it’s on International Men’s Day, so it’s a good excuse to put yourself first.
Meet Our Men-ditation™ Coach Dave James
Dave hosts our monthly Men-ditation™ classes, held at our Bromsgrove studio. He's a well-known professional speaker, event host, coach and part-time comedian with an extensive background is in healthcare, having worked in the NHS as an A&E nurse and podiatrist.
His history of overcoming personal trauma and anger issues led him into coaching and he now helps others develop their speaking skills, believing that effective communication has wide-reaching benefits. He firmly believes that coaching has taught him that being able to communicate with yourself is just as important as speaking to others. Plus, finding a bit of calm can go a long way toward getting through life's ups and downs.
